Prompt: Describe a time when someone offended you with their words.

Prompt Response:
In 9th grade, a friend called me "childish" during a group conversation, and it really upset me. We were joking around, and I was being playful, just trying to have some fun. But out of nowhere, they said, "Wow, you're acting so childish right now." It felt like they were trying to put me down for just being myself. I didn't think I was acting immature, but their words made me question how I was behaving. I was really hurt because it felt like they didn't understand that I was just trying to enjoy the moment.

Balancing schoolwork, sports, and personal life has taught me how to prioritize tasks and stay organized. I've also developed communication skills, both in writing and speaking. Prompt Response:
There was a time when I had to give a presentation in front of my class, and I was nervous. My hands were shaking, and I was afraid of forgetting what I had to say. I was also worried about making a mistake in front of everyone. To handle my fear, I made sure to breathe deeply to calm myself down. When I spoke, I focused on my notes and tried to look at someone I knew to feel more comfortable. Imagine it's the year 2050. What does the world look like? How have technology, society, and the environment changed?

Prompt Response:
In 2050, the world looks very different from today. Technology has advanced in ways we can barely imagine, with flying cars and robots that help with daily tasks. Most people probably have some sort of smart device integrated into their lives, maybe even wearable tech that connects directly to our brains. Society has become more connected, with people working and communicating through virtual reality instead of traditional offices or classrooms. The environment has also changed because people finally started taking climate change seriously. There are more green cities, with clean energy sources like solar and wind power being the norm. Many endangered species are thriving again because we made an effort to protect them. While some problems still exist, the world is much more aware of its impact on the planet and is working together to create a more sustainable future.

Prompt Response:
If I were to write a letter to myself this is what I would say, "I hope you're doing well and have achieved some of the goals we talked about when we were younger. I want to remind you to always stay true to yourself, no matter how much things change. Life might get tough at times but remember to keep pushing forward and don't be afraid to take risks or make mistakes—that's how you grow. I hope you've kept up with your passions and hobbies, and I hope you're still as curious and excited about learning new things. Remember to take care of your mental and physical health, and don't get too caught up in stressing about things that don't really matter in the long run. I hope you've found a balance between hard work and enjoying life. Stay kind, stay humble, and don't forget where you came from.

Describe your personal approach to creativity. What steps do you follow when you’re working on a project. Tell me about a project you created that you were most proud of.

Prompt Response:
When it comes to creativity, I like to start by brainstorming and letting my ideas flow. I write down anything that comes to mind. Then I start working on the project step by step. One project I'm really proud of was a short story I wrote for English class last year. It was about a group of friends who discover a secret cave, and I was really happy with how the plot turned out. I spent a lot of time developing the characters and the setting, and when I finished, it felt like something I could actually share with others. I got a lot of positive feedback, which made me proud of the effort I put in.

Describe a time when you took a hiatus from something important. What led to the break, and how did it impact you?

Prompt Response:
There was a time when I decided to take a break from playing soccer, which was something I really loved. I had been playing almost every day for years, but I started feeling really burned out and frustrated with how I was playing. I wasn't improving the way I wanted, and I felt like I was just going through the motions. I took a few weeks off to focus on school and just relax for a bit. During the break, I realized how much I missed the game, and it gave me a new perspective. When I returned, I felt refreshed and more motivated to work harder and enjoy the game again. The break helped me avoid getting totally discouraged and reminded me why I started playing in the first place.
