Describe a time when you had to speak in front of an audience. What were your fears? How did you handle them? What advice would you give to someone struggling with stage fright?

Prompt Response:
There was a time when I had to give a presentation in front of my class, and I was nervous. My hands were shaking, and I was afraid of forgetting what I had to say. I was also worried about making a mistake in front of everyone. To handle my fear, I made sure to breathe deeply to calm myself down. When I spoke, I focused on my notes and tried to look at someone I knew to feel more comfortable. My advice to someone who has stage fright would be to practice a lot, stay calm, and remember that everyone makes mistakes.

Summary:
I was absent.

Reflection:
I was absent.
