Now that you have completed your sensory presentation, reflect on which of the five senses you value most. Identify the sense and explain why it holds the greatest importance to you.

Prompt:
The sense I value the most out of all five is being able to see. There's a lot of beautiful views all over the world and if I didn't have the opportunity to see it, I think that I would be sad. I love hiking and being able to see all the beautiful waterfalls and the tall trees swaying back and forth.

Reflection:
I think that I could've done better on the common lit assignment.

Write about a book, poem, or article you’ve read that made you feel something deeply—whether it was joy, anger, sadness, or curiosity. What was the text, and what moment or message stood out to you the most?

Prompt:
One book that made me feel something deeply was *The Fault in Our Stars* by John Green. The story follows two teenagers, Hazel and Augustus, who both have cancer and fall in love while dealing with their illnesses. What stood out to me the most was the way they talked about life and death so honestly, especially when Augustus says, "You don't get to choose if you get hurt in this world... but you do have some say in who hurts you." That line made me feel both sad and thoughtful because it showed how love and pain can be connected. The book made me appreciate the little things in life and think more about how important it is to love people while you have the chance.

Write about what you did over the Spring Break.

Prompt:
Write about what you did over the Spring Break.
Over spring break, I was mostly in bed. I have my own crocheting business so I would just stay in bed crocheting most of the time. When I wasn't doing that, I went out to hand out with my cousins. Overall I wish I could've gone on vacation or go somewhere fun rather than stay at home.

Summary:
As a class we read a short story and answered questions.

Reflection:
I did very well on it and got them all right without having to change my answer.
